AP-1- and C/EBP-mediated transcriptions are reduced by cAMP. HEK293/RAW264.7 cells are transfected with the indicated plasmids. 24 h later, HEK293 cells are treated with DMSO or Rolipram (10 µM) for 6 h. RAW264.7 cells are pre-treated with DMSO or Rolipram for 1 h. Then the cells are treated with or without 100 µg/ml of IgG-IC for 6 h. The cells are lysed, and subjected to luciferase assays.
