Obese patients are seropositive to CD300e and possess CD300e-specific CD4+ T cells with a pro-inflammatory profile. a Sera of 72 subjects of normal weight and of 48 patients with obesity, pre (PWL) and after (AWL) bariatric surgery-induced weight loss, were evaluated by ELISA against CD300e.
