Comparison of phospho-NF-κB p65 and NF-κB p65 protein expression in mouse uteruses among groups. In the PD group, estradiol (0.2 mg/ml) and oxytocin (2 U/ml) induced a significant decrease of phospho-NF-κB p65 and NF-κB p65 protein expression compared to the saline group.
