Nrdp1 promoted transcriptional activity of C/EBP-β. a Arg1 reporter activity in lysates was analyzed by Dual-Luciferase reporter assay system. Upregulation of Nrdp1 increased Arg1 reporter gene activation with a dose-dependent manner in the presence of IL-4 stimulation. b Arg1 reporter activity in lysates was detected, and luciferase activity was normalized to Renilla luciferase activity and was presented relative to basal luciferase activity. Knock down of C/EBP-β significantly attenuated Nrdp1-enhanced Arg1 gene activation. The differences were analyzed using ANOVA. *P < 0.05
