From: Nrdp1 increases neuron apoptosis via downregulation of Bruce following intracerebral haemorrhage
Nrdp1 increases brain injury after ICH. Intracerebroventricular injection of Ad-si-Nrdp1 or controls was administered 10 min after ICH. After 3 days of ICH, the cerebral water content of mice (n = 5) was also analyzed. In addition, the neurological deficit scores tests were performed by behavioral measurement, including a composite of motor, sensory, reflex, and balance tests. Experiments performed in triplicate showed consistent results. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
