The levels of nitrite accumulation in the medium of HCF induced by LPS at different concentrations with different combinations of cytokines (Table 1) as measured by the Griess reaction. Measurements were performed at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after applying the inflammatory combinations. Each bar represents the mean and SD of media nitrite concentrations of triplicate cultures after 24, 48 and 72 h (n = 3).
