ROS-mediated changes are partially restored upon NKX3.1 expression or LNAC treatment. A. LNAC treatment and B. NKX3.1 overexpression remarkably suppresses cellular proliferation when LNCaP cells are treated with CM (including 62 and 125 pg/ml of TNFα). LNAC (10 mM) or NKX3.1 overexpression restores the CM-mediated suppression in cell proliferation. HM-NKX3.1 was transfected into the cells 24 h before CM treatment.
