Effects of a non-toxic concentration of O. labiatum extract (25 μg/mL) on cytokine production in PBMCs. Cytokines were quantified using the CBA kit and flow cytometry. Cytokine concentrations were log transformed in order to make the data comparable. Control treatments are represented by unshaded bars whereas shaded bars represent extract treated samples. The crude extract significantly (*p < 0.05) down-regulated levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-6 and IL-17A.
