From: Positive allosteric modulation of the adenosine A2a receptor attenuates inflammation
Inhibition of cytokine and chemokine production by splenocytes upon allosteric enhancement of the A 2A R. Mouse splenocytes were stimulated with LPS (50 ng/ml) for 18 h in the presence of the indicated concentrations of AEA061. Cytokines/chemokines in the culture medium were quantified as described in Material and Methods. Values are mean ± SEM of the results of one representative experiment performed in triplicate.
