CK = Creatine kinase; CK-MB = MB isoform of CK; AST = aspartate transaminase; ALT = alanine transaminase; LDH = lactate dehydrogenase; CRP = c-reactive protein; n.a. = not applicable. Data are the means ± SEM of six independent experiments. Significant differences were measured by ANOVA with Tukey test multiple comparison analysis. Overall significance is marked by one asterisk (*) if p < 0.05 and by two asterisks (**) if p < 0.01. Intra-group significance is marked as §(T1 vs. T2), $(T1 vs. T5) and #(T2 vs. T5).
