Serum concentration of immunoglobulins in ELP-/- vs. WT post-OVA. Serum from infra-orbital bleeding of the experimental mice, collected in heparinized tubes, were frozen at -70°C and later methods described in [41] were used to detect total and OVA-specific immunoglobulin concentration. Presented values are data pooled from 2 independent experiments with 5 mice per experimental group measured in dulicate in 96-well format. * denotes p value < 0.05 compared to WT+OVA values.
