- Plasma, lung, liver and small intestine levels of IL-17, IL-6 and IL-22 were determined as described in Materials and Methods. Samples of sham and burn mice were collected 3 hrs after burn or sham procedure. Data are mean ± SE; n = 6 mice/group.
