  1. RAW cells were stimulated with medium alone (control), LPS (1 μg/ml) or various concentrations of the MALY TAT-linked PKC translocation inhibitor peptides (MALYO1 = cPKC inhibitor, MALY1O = PKC specific, MALYII = scrambled PKC inhibitor peptide), with or without LPS for 24 hr. NO production was assessed by Greiss assay. Results represent mean ± SEM (n= 3) and are representative of two separate experiments.
