Detachment of A549 cells from the culture vessel counted over 48 hours. Cells were seeded at a density of 105 per ml. Cells were untreated (control), or treated with TSC (80 μg/ml), nicotine (Nic; 1 mM), hydrogen peroxide (HP; 10 μM), and 100% and 50% CSE.
