The inhibition of miRNA-146 increases the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. The HGFs were transfected with or without miRNA inhibitors when the cells were confluent. The cells were stimulated with 1 μg/ml of P.g LPS for 24 hours, and the cell supernatants were collected for ELISA analysis.
