Dose-dependent effects of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the expressions of surfactant protein-A (SP-A) mRNA and protein for 8 h. HK-2 cells were exposed to 0, 0.1, 1, 2, 5, and 10 μg/mL of LPS for 8 h. (A) Total RNA was prepared for RT-PCR analysis of SP-A mRNA and for gel electrophoresis of SP-A1 and SP-A2 mRNA.
