Luciferase activity in the animals with DSS challenge ± Dex treatment in vivo. Luciferase activity in the animals with DSS challenge ± Dex treatment was quantified using an IVIS imaging system. The distribution and intensity were recorded at the days 4 and 5 following DSS challenge. Luciferase activity was suppressed in the mice with Dex treatment.
