^aJ774 cells were incubated with or without LPS/IFN-γ and specific or control siRNA as described in the materials and methods section. mRNA for different targets were detected by sqRT-PCR. In this table silencing (+) is defined as the loss of a visible band from stimulated cultures; the - symbol indicates either no loss of a visible band from stimulated (siRNA + LPS/IFN-γ) cultures, or no visible alteration (induction or loss) in unstimulated (siRNA – LPS/IFN-γ) cultures. All results represent at least two experiments performed in triplicate.
