Inflammatory cells in BALF. Cell smears with Wright-Giemsa staining: The inflammatory cells were increased and aggregated on the BALF smear of OVA group, decreased and scattered after the treatment of the Dexamethasone. Both Ro5-4864 and PK 11,195 made a decrease and scatter of inflammatory cells on the BALF smear in OVA-treated mice.
