ETS exposure does not affect on bleomycin-induced fibrotic progression after chronological aging.Total RNA isolated from the lungs of old C57BL/6J mice (17 months old) was used to screen targets of interest. The heat map presents an overview of dysregulated targets (A), and the expression of selected genes is reported with bar graphs. Lung homogenates were probed with extracellular matrix (ECM) markers and protein expression was analyzed by Western Blotting.
