The glycosidase sensitivities of LCN2 in the serum and peripheral tissues. LCN2 in the serum, lungs, kidneys, liver, and ureters from LPS treated-mice was treated with endo- and exoglycosidases (PNGase F, Endo H, and NA). Each experiment was repeated three to five times, and 5 μg of protein was resolved by gel electrophoresis. The numbers on the right sides of the figures indicate the molecular size of LCN2 (kDa)
