  1. aKidneys were collected on day 21 of zymosan injection from untreated (ZY) or treated with AG-490 (ZY+AG-490) mice.
  2. bThe renal injury score was calculated as an average score of the mean score for each characteristic. Data are calculated according to the examination of 30 sections/mice (n = 5/group) in 2 experiments. The results are expressed as mean ± SD and are compared by Student's t test. **p < 0.01 and *p < 0.05 versus zymosan-injected group.
