Fig 2A:With 45 cycles, the groups have different amplification of HO-1. For the four curves from left to right: Hemin group, AR group, ZnPP group, control group. It indicate the amounts of PCR pruducts were Hemin group > AR group > ZnPP group > control group. Fig 2B:With the same cycle number, the groups have similar amplification of β-actin.
