Effect of luteolin on IL-6 and IL-10 levels in polarised BMDMs. BMDMs were primed with LPS + IFN-γ or IL-4, followed by luteolin exposure for 24 h. Supernatants were harvested, and levels of IL-6 (a) and IL-10 (b) secreted from the M1-polarised BMDMs were measured via ELISA. Data represent the mean ± SD of four independent experiments performed in duplicate.
