NK-4 enhances THP-1 macrophage phagocytosis. THP-1 macrophages were cultured with various concentrations of NK-4 for 3 days. Cells were recovered, and phagocytosis of rabbit IgG-FITC conjugated latex beads was analyzed by flow cytometry. Results are expressed as the percent phagocytosis and are representative of two independent experiments with similar results
