Nrdp1 increases brain inflammation after ICH. Intracerebroventricular injection of Ad-si-Nrdp1 or controls was administered 10 min after ICH. Mice were deeply anaesthetized and transcardially at 3 days after ICH. The brains were removed and post-fixed. The perihaematomal region of cerebral tissue was collected, inflammatory cytokines of the tissue lysates were further analyzed by qRT-PCR and western blot. Experiments performed in triplicate showed consistent results. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
