Protein levels of NEK7, NLRP3 inflammasome components, and downstream cytokines in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients and healthy controls, as examined by western blotting and statistically analyzed by the Mann-Whitney U test.
