Inhibition of p65 is required for the inhibitory effect of hesperidin on IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 secretions from MSCs. MSCs were transduced with either empty control or p65 overexpression (OE) lentiviral particle, in the absence (control) or presence of 5 μM hesperidin, and levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10 in the medium were measured by ELISA.
