Effects of p65 overexpression (OE) in MSCs. Relative mRNA (a) and protein (b) expressions of NF-κB subunit p65 were measured by RT-PCR and Western blot, respectively, after the MSCs were transduced with either empty control or p65 lentiviral particle, in the absence (control) or presence of 5 μM hesperidin.
