Poly I:C-induced upregulations of PD-L1 on BEAS-2B cells were suppressed by low-concentration of CIC plus IND, but not by either when administered independently. Cells were pretreated with CIC (a), IND (b), and CIC + IND (c) for 2 h and administered with poly I:C (3 μg/ml) to the culture medium for 24 h, and then processed for flow cytometric analysis of PD-L1. *p < 0.05 compared with stimulated control. Data is expressed as the means ± SEM of 7–10 experiments
