AM1030 and CsA (30 mg/kg; n = 7-8/group) were administered subcutaneously 30 min before intraperitoneal injection of 0.5 mg/kg LPS (left). RS127445 (10 mg/kg; n = 8-9/group) was administered subcutaneously 15 min before LPS injection (right). TNF was analysed in plasma samples obtained 90 min after LPS injection.
