EGCG treatment attenuates T cell proliferation in CIA. Cells from the dLN of CIA mice sacrificed seven weeks after CIA induction were cultured for 72 h in the absence or presence of a 10 ug/ml CII or b anti-CD3 antibody. After pulsing with 1 uCi of [3H] thymidine per well for the last 18 h, proliferation was measured as [3H] thymidine incorporation in counts per minute (cpm).
