Overexpression of NKX3.1 leads to the suppression of oxidative stress. A. The CM (250 pg/ml of TNFα for 24 h)-mediated increase in GPX2 and SOD2 expression is upregulated upon NKX3.1 overexpression in LNCaP cells. B.
