miRNA-146 is up-regulated by the activation of NF-κB signals. HGFs were treated with 1 μg/ml BetA (an NF-κB activator) for 24 h and then stimulated with or without P. g LPS (1 μg/ml) for another 24 h. Total RNA was extracted, and the miR-146a (A) and miR-146b (B) levels were analysed via real-time PCR.
