  1. RAW cells (2 × 106) cells were incubated in the absence (control) or in the presence of 0.1, 1, 10, 100 and 1000 ng/ml LPS (LPS) for 24 hrs. Cellular metabolites were extracted and analyzed as described in methods. Results are an average of 3 independent experiments. * and ** denotes p < 0.05 or p < 0.01, respectively.
