Effect of exercise training on intestinal IL-1β production within transverse colon tissue. Secreted levels of IL-1β in colon culture supernatants of sedentary and exercise-trained WT and APNKO mice with and without DSS-induced colitis. Two way ANOVA was used to calculate significant difference between various groups.
