Effect of flavonoïds on nitric oxide production in PHA-stimulated PBMC of healthy controls. PBMC (5 × 106 cells/mL) were stimulated with PHA then cultured with or without flavonoïds (5, 10, 30, 40 and 50 μg/mL). The cell-free supernatants were collected and NO concentration was determined by Griess modified method.
