A. Representative Western blot assay for HSP-70 expression in wild-type (wt) cells. Radiographs of Western blot analyses in whole cell extracts are representative of three similar separate experiments. Cells were subjected to heat shock at 43°C for 45 min followed by recovery at 37°C for 4 h in the presence or absence of DIQ treatment (100 μM). B.
