Representative Western blot analysis for HSP-70 expression in naïve, non target siRNA and PARP-1 siRNA transfected cells. Radiographs of Western blot analyses in whole cell extracts are representative of three similar separate experiments. Cells were subjected to heat shock at 43°C for 45 min followed by recovery at 37°C for 4 h.
