Significant difference was determined with 2-way analysis of variance (genotype × diet type) for blood glucose, serum insulin, and HOMA-IR. Fasting blood glucose, serum insulin, and HOMA-IR are significantly higher in T4Mu mice compared to WT mice that received TF diet.
