  1. Donors were always sensitized mice and CD4+ T splenocytes were isolated by MACS and adoptively transferred into naïve recipients (5 × 106) by tail vein injection. Splenocytes were collected a week after sensitization of donor by i.p. injection of OVA-alum. The recipients were then challenged by intra-tracheal OVA instillation over the next 72 h and sacrificed and evaluated 24 h after the last challenge.
