  1. Experiments were conducted three times using different platelets preparations. 1IC50 values are expressed as μg/mL of bioactive compound in the aggregometer cuvette. Final concentration of thrombin in the aggregometer cuvette was 0.01 mU in WRPs. WRPs: Washed Rabbit Platelets; ND: Not detected inhibition against thrombin-induced platelet aggregation.
