  1. C57BL/6 or IL-6-/- mice (n = 5/group) were exposed to S. rectivirgula (150 μg) 3 times a week for three weeks and flow cytometry performed on lung cells isolated from individual mice to determine the cellular composition of the infiltrating cells using antibody to various cell surface markers and run on a BD LSRII flow cytometer. The data was analyzed using FACS DIVA software.
