  1. Leukocytes isolated from RGBS subjects were triggered with fMLF (10-7 M), WKYMVM (10-7 M) or PMA (5 × 10-8 M). The release of superoxide anions was measured by isoluminol/luminol-enhanced CL. Data are presented as marginal mean peak values ± SEM comparing O2- production between patients with incomplete (-) and complete (+) recovery using a one-sided test in a linear model.
