Effect of tourniquet induced forearm ischaemia-reperfusion injury on intracellular H 2 O 2 production of monocytes and neutrophils. The results are expressed as mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) and represent the changes in the intracellular H2O2 production of monocytes and neutrophils during the experimental stages of ischaemia-reperfusion injury. The points represent mean ± SEM, p =< 0.001 for both monocytes and neutrophils, as determined by ANOVA. *p =< 0.05 Baseline vs 30 minutes (monocytes and neutrophils) and 24 hours reperfusion (monocytes), n = 10.
