Table 1 Effects of the Mnk-1 inhibitor CGP057380 on arachidonate release induced by zymosan. Macrophages were labelled with [3H]arachidonic acid for 20 h. The cells were pretreated for 15 min with the indicated concentrations of CGP507380 followed by stimulation with zymosan for 45 min. The release of radiolabel is expressed as percentage of total cellular 3H. The results are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. (n = 3).
