Whole cell extracts (WCE) (A), nuclear extracts (NE) (B, C) and cytoplasmatic fraction (CYT) (B, C) of vaccinia virus infected macrophages were analysed by Western blot. C – control, HS – heat shock (proteins extracted after 4 hours recovery from heat shock). Vaccinia virus (V) infection was at MOI 5.
