Unheated HSC70 (7 and 70 nM) and heated HSC70 (70 nM) were added to HGFs (left). Unheated or heated HSC70 ATPase fragment (70 nM each) were also added to HGFs (right). The cells were cultured for 24 h. The amounts of IL-6 (A) and IL-8 (B) in the culture media were measured by ELISAs.
