Expression of TLRs-specific mRNA in HCE cells. The mRNA expression of TLR 2–4, TLR7 and TLR9 was examined by Real-time PCR. TLRs 2–4, TLR7 and TLR9 mRNA expression in HCE cells is shown relative to HPRT1. Data derived from three independent experiments and shown as mean ± SD. The single asterisk (p < 0.05) represent statistical significance for experiments.
