ELISA results for PCM, BCM and control treated HEKa cells. HEKa cells were treated with Media, PCM or BCM for up to 8 hours. The levels of cytokine production were measured after 4 and 8 hours of exposure. (A) Cytokine measurements after 4 hours of exposure. (B) Cytokine measurement after 8 hours of exposure. Measurements are reported in pg/ml concentrations. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference were performed to identify statistically significant differences. Results represent the mean and standard deviation of three independent experiments.
